Trialbee is a global software provider for patient profiling, recruitment and engagement in clinical trials. Patient recruitment, in particular, is one of the biggest bottlenecks in clinical research leading to decreased study data quality, increased operational costs and delaying time to market. Trialbee’s platform provides a system to accelerate patient recruitment for the matching of candidates with clinical trials.
As a designer at Trialbee, I worked together with a team of trial strategists and developers to further develop Trialbee’s software solutions with the goal of increasing the quality of patient referrals to clinical sites and thereby relieving site burden, time and cost. This is done by developing study specific landing pages through which identified patients respond to a set of quality pre-defined queries to determine the status of their condition (eligibility testing), as well as their overall motivation to engage in clinical research.
My work involved designing landing pages and screening widgets with a generic layout but adjustable components for a variety of clients and studies–with careful audience targeting–on this page featuring a case for AstraZeneca recruiting patients with nasal polyps.
